Asian Three Bean Salad

This is a great picnic salad.
List of Ingredients
1 15oz. yellow wax beans, drained
1 15oz. can green beans, drained
1 15oz. can bean sprout, drained
1 cup sliced celery
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
1 15oz. can Chinese veggies, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can bamboo shoots, drained
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup sugar
2 t. sesame oil
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine all the veggies. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, broth, sugar and oil. Mix well until sugar is dissolved. Pour over veggies and refrigerate overnite. This will keep for a week.
