    Brandyberry Salad

    Years ago, there was a local restaurant called Brandyberry's. They only servesd all- you- can- eat Prime rib, a baked potato and this salad.

    List of Ingredients




    2 heads of lettuce (or 2 Dole's packaged salad mix)
    1 head of cauliflower
    1 pound bacon
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese

    Dressing:
    1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 cup Mayo
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup milk

    Recipe



    Cut cauliflower into very small pieces. Fry bacon and cut into small pieces. In a large bowl, toss salad ingedients together. In a smaller bowl combine all the dressing ingredients. Mix well. Pour dressing over salad tos to coat. Serve.
