4 cups shredded or chopped cabbage
2 cups grated or chopped carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup chicken broth or water
1/4 cup sugar
1 t. salt
Recipe
Place vegetables in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Serve chilled. Makes 5 cups.
