    Grandma Ruth's Milk Gravy

    Grandma didn't have measurements for this recipe. She simply told me how she makes it.

    List of Ingredients




    oil or lard (rendered fat from ground beef)
    flour
    milk

    Recipe



    In a large fry pan, add oil (I always remember Grandma using lard) and flour. Cook until thick and brown. Add milk a little at a time. Heat until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
