Sweet and Sour Sauce

List of Ingredients
Make a paste of:
2 T. cornstarch
1/8 c. chicken broth
2 t. soy sauce
Melt:
2 t. butter
1/3 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. pineapple
Add paste to this. After cooking for 5 minutes, Add:
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. vinegar (I use a little less)
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 t. ground ginger
Recipe
Cook 5 minutes longer. Serve over rice with either pork, chicken or meatballs.
