    Beef Stew for oven

    This can also be made in a crockpot on high for 3 to 4 hours.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pounds stew meat
    6 carrots cut up thick
    1 c. celery, cut thickly
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 8oz. can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 T. minute tapioca
    3 potatoes, diced
    1 bay leaf
    1 T. worchestershire sauce

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole. cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 to 4 hours.
