    This is a great side dish for any gathering. Everyone loves it! Serves 14 to 16.

    List of Ingredients




    1 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 10 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
    1 16 oz. package sour cream (lite or nonfat work too)
    1 8 oz. package cream cheese (lite or nonfat work too)
    2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
    1 6oz. package of seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    paprika

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x13" pan, place hashbrowns to cover the bottom of pan. Sprinkle onions over hash browns. In a bowl mix together soup, sour cream and cream cheese. Spoon over potatoes. Sprinkle with the cheese. Combine the stuffing mix with the butter. Sprinkle mixture over the cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
