    Bar-B-Que Beef Brisket.......


    1 beef brisket
    1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
    garlic salt
    Combine ingredients, wrap meat in foil, put
    in pan and put in refer. for 10 hours.
    Put pan with meat in oven and bake 8 hours at
    250 degrees.
    Drain, cool, and remove fat from meat.
    Put meat in new foil and add one bottle BBQ
    sauce. (I strongly suggest that you use a
    good homemade sauce, that you like)
    Pour sauce over meat, wrap tightly and put
    into refer. for 8 hours.
    Slice into 1/2 inch slices and pour another
    bottle of BBQ sauce over meat. Add some
    fresh lemon drizzled over meat. Cover meat
    and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover
    after 30 minutes to brown top of meat. I
    ususally do this last step on the BBQ to save
    oven space at large gatherings. Meat is
    tender, falls apart when you take a fork to
    it and the flavor is wonderful. This recipe
    is for the whole brisket which is very large.
