3 Eggs
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
3 Teaspoons Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
Dash Cloves
2 Cups Zucchini -- Grated
1 Cup Nuts (Walnuts Or Pecans) -- Chopped
Beat eggs, oil, sugars and vanilla. Sift flour, soda, spices. Combine and mix well. Add zucchini and nuts and mix. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
