    Egg Casserole

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    1 1/2 Cups HAM -- diced
    12 eggs -- beaten slightly
    3 Cups half and half
    2 Teaspoons dry mustard
    1 Teaspoon salt
    6 Slices bread -- cubed
    2 Cups cheddar cheese -- grated

    Mix the first 5 ingred. Put sliced bread cubes in bottom of 9x13 glass dish. Pour above ingred. over and top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. one 1/2 hr. before baking, take out of refrig. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 min. to 1 hr.
