    Chicken Breasts with Boursin Cheese

    Here's a tasty way to use your Boursin Cheese Spread.

    Pound 4 chicken breasts to 1/4" and spread with Boursin. Secure with toothpicks trying to tuck in ends. Roll breasts in melted butter and then in Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Fantastic!!
