These healthy potatoe wedges make a great low-fat snack.
List of Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes,scrubbed
- vegitable oil spray
- sweet chilli sauce for dipping
- coriander yogurt dip
- 1/4 cup/45 g/1 1/2 oz low-fat natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- cook potatoes in boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and cut into wedges.
- Place wedges on baking tray lined with non stick baking paper, spray lightly with oil.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until wedges are crisp and golden.
- To make dip, place yogurt, coriander and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Serve wedges with dip and sweet chilli sauce.
