    Florence's Shrimp Mold

    This is my sister's recipe and though I have never actually made this I have eaten it MANY times over the years. When we go to a potluck I request that she take this shrimp mold. (I don't know what the source of the original recipe was.)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can tomatoe soup
    • 1 8 oz pkg. of cream cheese
    • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, disolved in>>>
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 cup mayo
    • 1 Tbs lemon juice
    • 1/2 cup each celery AND onion diced very fine
    • 1 lb very small shrimp OR 3 or 4 cans (about 6oz each)


    Instructions


    1. In sauce pan combine first 4 ingredients; heat over low heat almost to a boil.
    2. Pour into a large bowl. Add mayo and lemon juice, mix well.
    3. Add celery and onions, mix well. Fold in shrimp and pour into a 6 cup mold. Chill until firm.
    4. Serve with crackers.
