Roast Pork with Mustard Crust

List of Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tea salt
- 1/4 tea pepper
- 3-4 Tablesooons Dijon mustard
- 1 tea dried basil
- 1-2 Tablespoons softened butter
- 2 Pork tenderloins abt 1 1/2 lbs each
Instructions
- Mash garlic into salt and pepper. Stir in mustard, basil and butter; beat until smooth.
- Spread this over the pork and set aside for 20 min
- Roast the pork at 375º for 45-60 min, or until done to taste.
