Tomatoes with Feta and Herbs

Serves 4
List of Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- fresh minced parsley & chives (or what ever suits your fancy)
- fresh basil cut in strips
- salt and fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes and place on a serving plate. Crumble the feta cheese over tomatoes and then sprinkle on the herbs of your choice.
- I usually serve them just as is but you can pour a vinaigrette over them or just use oil and vinegar.
