    • Cucumber, sliced very thin
    • Butter, softened
    • White bread, sliced thin & crusts removed


    Instructions


    1. Spread bread with butter and cover the surface with cucumber slices. Top with another slice of bread. Press firmly together and cut into 3 finger sandwiches.
