    Watercress Sandwiches

    I find for my taste a little watercress goes a long way in these sandwiches.


    List of Ingredients


    • Watercress
    • Soft Butter
    • Bread, sliced thin and crusts removed


    Instructions


    1. Wash watercress and remove leaves from stems.
    2. Butter all bread slices and put watercress on half on them; cover with remaining bread and press firmly. Cut into 3 finger sandwiches.
