    Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies

    My variation of Betty Crocker's recipe

    This is my personal variation of Betty Crocker's own chocolate chip cookies. You're sure to chewy cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    2 1/4cup flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1(4oz.) vanilla instant pudding (I like to experiment using french vanilla, white chocolate etc.)

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 375*. Beat together; butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs. Beat well. Stir together flour, soda and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture. Stir in the chips last by hand so as not to break them up. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 6 dozen
