    1 head lettuce
    6 slices bacon
    1 grated onion
    3 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    4 tablesspoons vinegar

    Recipe



    Break lettuce into pieces. Cut bacon into pieces, fry, let cool. Add onion & 2 sliced hard boiled eggs. Beat the third egg; add 1/2 cup sugar while beating, then stir in vinegar. Add to bacon and heat to boiling point. Add the hot mixture to the lettuce right before serving.
