    List of Ingredients





    3 cups of mashed sweet potatoes, about 6 med. size sweet potatoes, cook until tender & mash
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup. butter or margarine
    1/3 cup milk
    2 eggs
    Topping:
    1 cup chopped nuts (pecan or walnuts work well)
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    mini marshmallows

    Preheat oven to 350 degs.
    First Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Mash then add sugar,vanilla, 1/2 cup butter,2 eggs. Then mix together.
    In a 9x13 casserole dish add the mixture, the mix chopped nuts, melted butter,flour and brown sugar. Then crumble on top of the casserole. Add mini marshmallows to top and Bake for 25-35 mins. until marshmallows are light brown
