    Oven Porcupine Meatballs

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1/2 C uncooked brown rice (fast cook)
    1/2 C water
    1/3 C Chopped onion
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp celery salt
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp pepper

    SAUCE

    5 oz of tomato sauce
    1 C water
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce



    Recipe

    In a mixing bowl combine the hamburger, rice, 1/2 C water, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well. Shape into balls. Place meatballs in an ungreased baking dish. Mix together the tomato sauce, 1 C water, and Worcestershire. Pour over the meatballs. Cover and bake in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.

    This recipe will make 15-20 meatballs.
