    1 Tbsp ground allspice
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup fat-free skim milk

    1/2 cup raisins
    1/3 cup fat-free sour cream

    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix dry ingredients
    Mix wet ingredients
    Mix dry with wet ingredients.
    Spray loaf pan with nonstick spray.
    Bake 1 hour
