    Low Fat Chocolate Muffins

    Makes about 24 muffins.

    List of Ingredients




    1 box reduced/low fat brownie mix(I use Betty Crocker)
    3 cups Kellogg's All Bran or Fiber One
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/4 cups water

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
    Combine cereal and water. Let soak for 5-7 minutes.
    Gradually add brownie mix, stirring to blend. Add baking powder slowly.
    This will be thick.
    Line muffin tins with liners. I just use Pam. Fill to about 3/4 full.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes.
    Makes about 24 muffins.

    They are really choclatey and brownie-like.
    They freeze great.
