    1/4 cup batter per tin makes 17 three-point muffins. If you make 12 muffins, points increase to 4.

    List of Ingredients




    1 box spice cake mix
    15 ounces canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup raisins

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and bake in muffin tins sprayed with Baker's Joy. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

    Better with 1 cup raisins, but increases points value.
