    List of Ingredients




    2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 cup granulated Splenda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/3 cups vanilla low fat yogurt
    1/3 cup 1% milk
    2 Tablespoons canola oil
    1 small can (15 oz.) solid pack pumpkin

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients. Add yogurt, milk, oil and pumpkin. Stir until well blended but do not over beat. Spoon into 12 greased (pam spray) muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Makes approximately 12 muffins.
