    1 box unprepared spiced cake mix
    1 15 oz. can pumpkin (NOT canned pumpkin pie mix)
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

    Recipe



    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonsful onto non-stick cookie sheet (or line with parchment paper.)

    Let bake for 12-15 minutes until cookies are firm. Cool on wire racks.

    ** IF you choose to frost, I suggest whipped cream cheese frosting. Use sparingly. If frosted, cookies will yield appox. 3 points per 2 cookies.
