Serves 2 - 1 1/2 points per serving
List of Ingredients
- 1 apple, peeled, cored & chopped
- 2 t. Splenda, 1/2 t. cinnamon, dash of nutmeg
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 2 t. Splenda, 1/2 t. cinnamon, dash of nutmeg
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix apple with sweetner & spices. Set aside.
- In another small bowl, mix oats with sweetner & spices and spray with Pam or other cooking spray until somewhat moist.
- Coat 2 ovenproof ramekins with spray and divide apple mixture between the two dishes. Top with oat mixture divided between two dishes and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Final Comments
I have used a combination of peaches & blueberries. You can use any fruit you want.
I've made it a breakfast by adding 1/4 cup of FF cottage cheese for just one more point. Very filling & delicious. rries. You can use any fruit you want.
