Recipe Introduction

2 pts if you make 24 cupcakes and 4 pts if you cut cake into 12 servings.

List of Ingredients

1 devils food cake mix (be sure not to use pudding in the mix kind, these have extra calories!)
2 egg whites
1 can pumpkin
1 can water


Recipe

Mix together and pour in bundt pan. Bake according to package directions for a bundt pan, you may need to add a few minutes. You want a toothpick to come out clean when you test it, or it will be too gooey. I top this with a little fat free cool whip when I serve it.
