    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust
    • 2 3.4OZ. Size Packages Instant Sugar-Free French Vanilla Pudding
    • 1 Eight Ounce Block of FF Cream, softened
    • 2 Tbs Lemon Juice
    • 21/2 C ff (or evaporated) skim milk
    • assorted berries of your choice
    • Frozen FF whipped topping, thawed


    Instructions


    1. Beat Cream Cheese and lemon juice until light and fluffy. In seperate bowl, beat pudding mix and milk per package directions for pie. Gently fold pudding into cream cheese mixture until combined. Pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Immediately before serving, decorate top with berries and serve, garished with fat free whipped topping.


    Final Comments


    This tastes very similar to french pastry creme. If you are making a reduced fat graham cracker crust from scratch, could be made in a tart pan with removable bottom.
