1 can low-fat sweetened condensed milk -- Eagle Brand
1/4 cup lemon juice
8 Ounces Cool Whip Lite
1 Can pineapple chunks in light syrup -- small can, crushed, drain very well, or pie will be runny
1/2 cup chopped pecans -- finely chopped
2 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
I have a recipe posted in the community share board. It's Based on 8 slices per pie = 1 points per slice for crust.
Recipe
Drain pineapple well. Mix Eagle Brand milk & lemon juice. Fold in thawed Cool Whip; add pineapple & pecans. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 pie crusts, divided evenly. Chill at least 1 hour, overnight is better.

YIELDS: 2 PIES = 16 SLICES = 8 SLICES PER PIE = 3 POINTS EACH (THIS IS WITH MY PIE CRUST RECIPE, WITHOUT CRUST RECIPE IS 2 POINTS) I MAKE THIS ALL THE TIME. THEY FREEZE GREAT. SOMETIMES I SLICE PIES & FREEZE BOTH TAKING A SLICE OUT & THAWING FOR A SNACK. NOTE: YOU MAY ALSO ADD 1 CUP OF COCONUT FLAKES - POINTS DO NOT CHANGE. Per Serving: 78 Calories; 4g Fat (54.1% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1mg Cholesterol; 14mg Sodium.
