1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 cup honey
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325º. Combine oats and applesauce; let sit for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
Coat an 8" square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread the batter evenly in the pan and bake for about 22 minutes or until the edges are firm and the center is almost set.
Cool to room temperature, cut into squares and serve.
