1 box orange sugar free Jello
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 lb cream whipped 1% cottage cheese (I use Friendship)
1 env. powdered milk (1 qt size)
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained, save juice
1/2 c water
Recipe
Soften Knox & Jello in 1/4 c pineapple juice, heat remaining juice and water to simmer, and pour over softened gelatin mix. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and dry milk together, then add the gelatin mixture, stir well. Add pineapple and pour into a 7 x 11 pan or similar size. Chill over night. Cut into 8 pieces.
