    Strawberries in the Snow

    • 2 packages of Whole Strawberries
    • 8 oz. of FF Cream Cheese (softened)
    • 12 oz. of FF Cool Whip (thawed)
    • 1c. sifted Powdered Sugar (sorry couldn't find a good substitute)
    • 1 ring Angel Food Cake


    Instructions


    1. Slice up fresh strawberries to your desired size and put into a bowl adding splenda or regular sugar to sweeten (I use Splenda b/c it melts faster and you don't need much) Then set sside.

    2. In a large bowl use a hand mixer to combine cream cheese & cool whip, beat until completely smooth. Add powdered sugar by folding it into the mixture using a spatula. Combine until smooth.
    3. Get a larger bowl and divide cake in half breaking up one half and placing it into the bowl. Add half of the cool whip- cream cheese mixture, then the strawberries. You should have a complete layer of cake, the mixture, and strawberries. Repeat step for second layer ending with strawberries on top.
    4. Cover and let sit in the refridgerator for 4-6 hrs. or overnight for best results.
    5. It's light & fluffy! Perfect for a summer dessert, and good on points!
