    List of Ingredients


    • Sugar Free Jello ( any flavor, small box)
    • 2 x 8 oz. cups Fat Free Yogurt ( flavor to match the jello)
    • 1/4 cup boiling water
    • 8 oz. Fat Free Cool Whip


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve Jello in water.
      Stir in yogurt.
      Fold in Coolwhip.
      Spoon into 6 cups ( or can put in a pie plate).
      Refrigerate 3 hours.
