    List of Ingredients




    10 oz canned black beans (1 can, rinsed and well drained)
    10 oz canned yellow corn (1 can, well drained)
    1 1/2 cup fresh salsa (the refridgerated kind or homemade)
    2 oz Light Sour Cream
    2 oz plain fat-free yogurt
    1/4 cup cilantro
    1/2 oz red wine vinegar (or to to taste)
    2 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)

    Recipe



    Put everything in a food processor, reserving about 1/8 cup each of corn and beans. Process together until pretty smooth. Add reserved corn and beans. Pulse once or twice to combine. Serve chilled with baked tortilla chips. Yiels 4.5 oz (a health 1/2 cup) per serving.
