4 items dry manicotti shells
2 1/2 Tbsp part-skim ricotta cheese
4 oz Galaxy Foods Low-Fat Soy Mozzarella Cheese
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 tsp table salt
1/2 cup bottled spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
Recipe
Cook manicotti shells as instructed on package.
Preheat oven to 420 degrees.
1. In pan combine salt, pepper and turkey.
2. Brown turkey making sure it crumbles apart.
3. Add Ricotta and 2 oz. of mozzarella cheese until thoroughly combined.
4. Stuff shells with turkey mixture.
5. Place stuffed shells in a greased pan.
6. Pour spaghetti sauce over top of stuff shells and sprinkle remaining 2 oz of mozzarella cheese over top of shells.
7. Bake until cheese bubbles on top.
