    Make 8 serving at 1.5 points.

    List of Ingredients




    1 (4 serving) pkg Jello SF chocolate cook&serve pudding mix
    2/3 cup Carnation non-fat Dry milk powder
    2 tsp coconut extract
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cup water
    2 2/3 tsp ICBINB margarine
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup flaked coconut

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder and 1 1/4 cups water. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and starts to boil, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract, coconut extract and margarine. Add pecans and coconut. Mix well to combine. Spread hot mixture over cooled cake.
    Serves 8
    This could easily top a 9x11 size cake.
