    Blend ingredients together in a small bowl. Add a little bit of water to
    thin if necessary.2 Tbsp light cream cheese
    1/4 cup Cool Whip Free -- thawed
    1 ounce SF/FF Instant Pudding Mix -- vanilla or chocolate, 1 sm box
    2 Tbsp skim milk
