8 oz raw chicken sausage
4 small uncooked new potatoes
1/2 small onion(s)
15 medium baby carrots
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
4 sprays cooking spray Recipe
Chop vegetables and toss into a pan. Add 4 sprays of canola oil spray. Add seasonings. Roast at 400 for 30-45 minutes, until vegetables begin to brown and soften
