12 oz reduced fat Velvetta Cheese
1 lb hash brown potatoes (small cubes)
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 c 1% milk
Recipe
cut cheese into 1 inch squares and melt in saucepan with 1/4 c 1% milk. If sauce is to thick, add a little more milk. Put potatoes in baking dish and pour cheese sauce and spices over the potatoes, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
