    5 pound potato(es)
    6 oz fat-free cream cheese
    1 cup fat-free sour cream
    2 tsps onion salt
    1 tsp table salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 Tbsp light butter

    Recipe



    Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain. Cram until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, beating until light and fluffy. Cool Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. (Keeps 2 weeks) To use place desired amount in casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. The taste is of baked potato with sour creams and chives. This recipe is good to make ahead and serve at a large dinner party. Yield 8 cups or 16 1/2 cup servings.
