    3/4 cup = 2 points

    List of Ingredients




    Slice 2 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes into 1" chunks; drizzle with 1 Tbsp. Olive oil and ½ tsp. Each crumbled rosemary leaves, salt, and pepper. Spread on a shallow baking sheet and roast at 375 degrees until tender, about 45 minutes.
