1 1/2 cup del monte peas
1 1/2 cup frozen sliced carrots
2 cups canned potatoes
8 oz. kraft velveeta light reduced-fat pasteurized processed cheese
1 cup campbell's 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup cooked green beansRecipe
mix cream of mushroom soup & 1/4 block of velveta light cheese. melt in microwave until "sauce like". strain veggies & place in casserole dish. pour sauce on top of veggies. heat in oven for 25-30 minutes on 325 degrees.
