Back bean salsa

List of Ingredients
- 7 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 jalapeno peppers finely chopped (chop whole pepper for warmer salsa)
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 good handful of finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 can black beans
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix together and let set for 1 hour, not necessary, but it makes time for ingrediants to mingle.
- Serve with lowfat tortilla chips or it is great with dippers like celery and thin sliced turnips or rutabagas.
