    16 oz Ore-Ida Country Style Hashbrowns
    46 oz fat-free chicken broth
    8 oz canned diced tomatoes
    8 oz salsa
    10 oz Kraft Velveeta Light Reduced-Fat Pasteurized Processed Cheese Product
    8 serving Country Gravy Mix

    Recipe



    Spray pan with Pam. Saute potatoes 10 min, stirring gently. Add potatoes, broth, canned tomatoes, salsa (I prefer hot), to pot and bring to a boil. In the meantime prepare gravy mix according to package. When pot is boiling add gravy & simmer 20-30 minutes.
