1lb.beef (round steak)cut into 1" cubes
2Tlb dried onion
1tsp minced garlic
7 cups water
1/2 cup barley
4 beef bouillion cubes
1tsp. basil
16 oz package frozen soup vegetables
16 oz. can tomatoes
Recipe
1. add first six ingredients to soup pot
2. cover and bring to boil
3. Reduce heat and simmer 50 minutes,stirring occasionally
4. Add vegetables ,tomatoes,and basil
5. continue cooking for 20 minutes.
