    • 3c.sugar
    • 1c.boiling water
    • 3c.lemon juice(about 16 lemons)
    • 2 Tbsp.grated lemon peel


    Instructions


    1. In a 1 1/2qt.heat -proof container,dissolve sugar in boiling water.
    2. COOL.
    3. Add lemon juice and peel ;mix well.
    4. Cover and store in refrigertor for up to 1 week.

    6. TO PREPARE:::::
    7. For 1 serving ,combine 1/4c.syrup and 3/4c.cold water in a glass;stir well.
    8. For 8 servings,combine 2 2/3c.syrup.and 5c.cold water in a 2 qt pitcher;stir well
