    • 1 1/4 c. milk
    • 2 medium banana,sliced 1/4 inch thick and frozen
    • 2c. vanilla ice cream
    • 1/3c. orange juice concentrate
    • 2 to 3 Tbsp.sugar


    Instructions


    1. In a blender ,combine all ingredients.
    2. Cover and process for 45 seconds or until smooth.
    3. Stir until smooth.
    4. Pour into glasses and serve.
