    Cinnamon Roll Cake


    2 eggs beaten
    1 cup Wesson oil
    2 cup sugar
    1 tsp.vanilla
    1 c. milk
    3 c. flour(sifted)
    3 tsp.baking powder
    1 tsp.salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2c.brown sugar
    3 tsp.cinnamon
    1 stick melted butter




    Recipe






    cream together the first four ingredients,
    sift together the flour,baking powder,and salt
    add alternately to creamed mixture with milk

    In another bow mix nuts,brown sugar and cinnamon
    spread half batter in 9x13 pan
    sprinkle with the nut mixture
    repeat
    then pour the stick of melted margarine over

    bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes


    glaze with powder sugar frosting while warm
    FROSTING
    3 c.powder sugar
    enough milk to make it like icing
