    Rocky Road Chocolate Bars

    1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2/3 c evaporated milk
    1 c chopped nuts
    2 c miniature marshmallows
    2 c graham cracker crumbs (about 52 squares) or crushed corn puff cereal
    1 cup confectioners sugar

    Recipe



    Add chocolate to milk in small pan. Cook, stirring constantly over low heat until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.

    Pour chocolate over mixture in bowl; mix until crumbs are moistened.

    Turn into well buttered 9x9x1 3/4 inch pan. Press into even layer. Chill until firm.

    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, cut into bars.
